To help promote healthy eating in addition to fitness, I started a month-long fitness challenge online (#JumpIntoGearChallenge) documenting my journey with the core focus of eating a whole-foods diet. At the end of the month, not only did I lose weight and body fat and improve muscle mass – I felt better and wanted to share my easy whole foods recipes with others.
